It has incredible detail - even listing the years individual attractions opened - and great historical photos to complement the text. The writing leaves something to be desired, and is a bit formulaic (he uses phrases like "on the rebound" and "(name of park) is one of the most (adjective) amusement parks around" a little too frequently), but the book is packed with so much information about the parks' current statuses and their histories that this can be easily overlooked.
