(More customer reviews)I had an immediate problem with the 9VDC power mini pin not making good contact. The system would stop working if touched slightly. The pin would not go fully into the wall plate connection point. I had to bevel the wall plate pin entry hole with a dremel to get the pin to go in all of the way. This is a factory defect. Other then this problem the unit worked fine.
