(More customer reviews)I have been trying to use Nuance's Dragon Speak for about five years. The product does what it advertises, process what 'it hears' you say onto most electronic forms. The problem is that no matter how diligent I am in training the product for my voice and speech, and adjusting for words it find problematic, the product just makes too many mistakes. And they're not just in word recognition, your cursor jumps from where you are typing to another place in your document! If you don't see it happen correcting the problem takes much time. There are other problems but in total proofing and decoding what has been typed plus the time to record add up to more time and much more frustration that it could ever be worth. It's a shame because it is a great idea and could be a major resource to many, especially those with learning disabilities which made accurate typing problematic. Additionally, Nuance is not the most customer friendly company you are ever going to deal with, more 'You need use so what do you want and how little can we do to help!'
