(More customer reviews)The Frommer's Scandinavia Guide is fantastic. I just returned from a trip to Oslo, Copenhagen and Stockholm. The guide proved to be invaluable when planning our activities in each city. The maps were excellent, giving the reader a great layout of the cities. I recommend that you follow the suggested itineraries that the guide presents for each city. The itineraries cover all major sights. The suggested side trips from each major city are also very good. If you have the time, visit Helsingor, Denmark. Kroneborg Slot (Hamlet's castle) is fantastic. The only failing of this guide: lackluster clubs/bars suggestions. I visited two of their recommended clubs, and found them to be less than exciting. It is better to ask for recommendations at the front desk of your hotel for "after dark" activities or any young waitress or waiter at a local restaurant. However, overall it is an excellent guide.
