(More customer reviews)When I think of the word "manual", I think of a detailed explanation and how to guide. This book provides neither. It is a collection of papers by various authors on various aspects of high-rise design. It wasn't detailed enough in the structural engineering arena for me to get much out of it (i.e. I already knew the material). The intended target audience for this book is practicing professional architects.
