(More customer reviews)This item works great and allows ample depth for even the deepest of units. The vents in the back combined with the air circulation of the unit allows for ample cooling to keep the doors of the Synergy cabinet closed during use.
Only complaint was that the item was bent when unpacked and required some work to get it to fit right on the unit.

These optional rear panels provide extra depth and even better ventilation than the standard Synergy rear panels. All rear panels are easily removable with thumbnuts for quick component access. Constructed of heavyweight, black, powder-coated steel with ventilation louvers, these rears provide an extra 3.5 inches of inside cabinet depth for larger components and hefty interconnects.
