(More customer reviews)I debated for weeks between this one and the smaller 48". We bought a 50" plasma, and technically could have purchased the smaller, less expensive model, but I am very happy we went with the 60" stand. It is substantial looking and the TV seems safer and more stable on this size. Yes, it is not real wood, but a 60" entertainment stand made from all wood was more expensive than the 50" plasma. For the price, this is an excellent buy. If you want a piece of furniture to last your lifetime, and become a family heirloom, you probably aren't buying pressboard from Amazon.
