(More customer reviews)This stand really is great. Fits perfect with my new plasma. The stand is black metal frame & TV bracket with black lacquer ends/legs. Black glass top and shelves. A few things you should be aware of:
1. I have read where this item can be damaged in shipment.
2. The shipping box looked a little "punished".
3. One stand leg was nicked. I reversed it and it is in back, not visible.
4. Assembly takes some time. Directions not perfect. Read them (to end - first) through as you need to understand how holes line up for glass bumpers and rear TV mount. I took pieces apart a couple times because I made errors.
5. Assembly is generally easy. Alignment of finished product is OK, not perfect.
6. There are extra screws/ bolts (one each). A lot of extra for TV mount bracket (mounting options/ wall).
7. I had no instructions for the TV bracket/mount other than how to bolt it on. It is fairly easy to figure out the mount. Mount does swivel. The mount has plenty of screws, bolts, anchors - if you want to mount on wall.
The negatives aside, I am super glad I bought this for my new Samsung 64in plasma. Perfect stand for this TV. Excellent match with black lacquer speakers and black a/v equipment.
The stand really looks very nice and it is sturdy. Just be advised of possible shipping damage. Also - shop.
