1. When I placed order online, it said it is a gold glove service and they should delivery and install the product at my home. However on delivery I was told they only delivery, not install.
2. Quality of some pieces of wood are not good. For example, wood cracks due to bad positioned srews
3. Miss a set of screws and other accesories
