Fits perfectly into a corner, is unobtrusive and looks quite nice though it is not built with real wood veneer. The drawers hold lots of CD's and videos. Assembly goes right according to directions and it is quite an amazing engineering design that all the parts fit together perfectly. Most of my equipment fits easily into the shelf spaces.
The only problem I had was to discover that the cabinet space available for my amplifier was much too small for the recommended ventilation required according to the manual. Amplifiers put out much more heat than a DVD & CD Player or VCR. Also the maximum weight on the bottom two shelves is 20 lbs and my amplifier weighs 25 lbs. The movable shelves are supposed to support 25 lbs. One option to provide better ventilation would be to take off the cardboard backing. But the Sauder directions for assembly say the unit could be unstable without the back attached. I ended up putting my amplifier on an open shelf I fortunately had available behind the TV Stand. Overall I'm happy with the product filling my special needs for space and efficiency as well as a very reasonable cost.
