When I pulled the pieces out of the box, this gaming center really didn't look like much. I am very happy to say though that it turned out to be a great little entertainment center. It looks cheap in pieces, but once assembled, it is incredibly sturdy and well constructed. I thought the steel legs may bend, but I was way off. It was really easy to construct with just a screwdriver and about half an hour of my time. It looks really nice too, so aesthetically speaking, this hub is also well done. I really like this and that said, I do have some small gripes. There are six controller hooks, but room for eight, and frankly eight makes sense since that would be the amount of controllers used locally for two consoles. There are only slots for 12 games as well, not too big a deal but I don't know a single gamer who only owns 12 games. Also, you can only stand up a 360 or PS3 on the shelves. There is no way to lay down your console. These are small gripes like I said because I like the hub as a whole, but for me it isn't perfect.

The Centipede Gaming Hub is designed with a teenager's bedroom or a family game room in mind. Unlike competing units in its category, it's cross-platform to work with any and all game systems. It features plenty of disc storage, hooks for multiple controllers and even provides hangers for special devices such as guitars from popular rock 'n' roll titles. A higher profile makes for viewing over the foot of a bed without strain. The Centipede Gaming Hub is here to prove that keeping your domestic arcade neat and organized can look cool, too.
