Directions state not to return if it arrives broken or missing pieces, but to contact manufacturer (Convenience Concepts email and phone number is listed on directions). I did this and threw out packaging based on the fact that the directions said they would ship missing/broken pieces. Top of unit was cracked all the way down the front when it arrived-looks terrible. Convenience Concepts now tells me they don't have any parts and to return the unit. Sadly, I cannot do that because I followed the directions in the packaging, and now have a $300 piece of junk. Way to stand by the product, Convenience Concepts!
