(More customer reviews)The entertainment center was carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition even though the shipping box exterior had taken a beating. The color is almost exactly as it appears in the illustration. The quality is exactly what I hoped for, maybe not heirloom, but quite serviceable. I attempted to assemble this by myself in a cramped space and managed to damage two main parts. I immediately contacted Walker Edison Customer Service as to availability and cost of replacement parts. The total was very reasonable. I can't praise this company enough for their prompt and helpful response and a very nice product.
